No matter what it takes, it will still happen again and again, and it will always happen, and never will it be curbed.

Just take example on fraudulent website alone. Newspaper, TV News had been informing the public, educating them not to declare and personal identity code/number in the internet, as the bank will not ask the customer to do so.

Yet, after warnings and warnings, we will still see professional, educated people, being victimized by all these stupid scandal.

What can we say about it? Public just being ignorant? Or they are too busy to even noticed?
