1. First of all, set Kaspersky to ask and not automatic take its own action.
2. Set it to trusted application.
3. Add it into exclusion.

Maybe you can submit that particular file to avira virus lab. They will inform you the is malicious or not.

Don't bother emailing Kaspersky. They won't tell you. All they reply back is a template message saying your email have been receive.
