i email them about this thing..they told me haven't finalized what they need to clear for this warehouse sales ..maybe friday we will know
and then i ask about warranty

they said only half year warranty compare one year warranty (standard)

not sure wanna buy or not since 70% is a lot of $..imagine $5k minus 70% ..only cost $1500

aiseh..singapore ppl sure go for it..haha

i read it another way....its not TEKA product sales....but rather ads by TEKA....but just a warehouse sale. Not worth to spent time travel to this to find out its a sales for caplang stuff or maybe 1 or 2 nice brand product that already got defect....

i don't usually find warehouse sale product attractive....

just my 2 cents

I believe 70% not for all item. Only specific item most probably like what bteoh mention. However if you dont mind the shorten warranty maybe you`ll be able to grab 1 or 2 good items.

yup, usually is either dented units or very very old model. If u have time, no harm goin there.

im getting alot of feedback that teka product quality is very bad nowadays compared to the past. is that true?

teka - bad quality? i dont think so.

Emmm...can't say it bad quality ...maybe just not meet malaysian need but we r paying higher price Compare other brand ... Just not worth it

after 3 week survey regarding island hood, i decide not to go into branded like teka but focus more on warranty.. of course price is also determine of my purchasing..


zheilwane, among all brands, i only know rubine offer 5 years warranty on motor.. correct me if im wrong if got other brand that offer 5 years warranty on motor itself also.. im refer for island hood..

most probably i won go to Teka Warehouse sale.. i better look for zheilwane shop.. sorry last weekend i was stuck at my house renovation..as invite ppl come to my house n survey..din din don don...don have time .. plan come this sat (hopefully)..as last sat.. i havent settle my kitchen cabinet final drawing..that sales designer super busy...

i have been there before.... prices are cheap (for teka brand) but there are defects... so gotta be very careful.... just dont understand is that so many ppl no need work ar??? another thing.... defect also wanna buy ar?? i was there cuz my client was near there then realize teka sale.... just my thoughts....

RUBINE has 5 years warranty on motor only, parts, buttons and everything else 1 year. Usually Hoods motors are durable, wont spoil so fast. Fotile has 3 years warranty for everything except LED lights. Not sure bout other brands as i never look into warranty. The most important thing is performance, durability and also price. Must have a good balance. But don expect much on island hood as they are not as effective as the normal hoods. Installation will cost u ard RM 600-800.

Normally 70% will be the taps....other items should be around 25%..i guess...

I bought a new teka sink inoxteel 2B dimension 890x500x220mm in OCT'11 warehouse at 50% (RM435 after discount). Really nice clearance unit, not a demo unit and surface is shinning. Still have blue plastic on it like new. But due to size not fit, i have to resell it out with no profit. pls contact 012-3000422 if u interested.
