Apparently Block C fully booked, and other blocks (F,B) left higher floors only. Block A is with Chester Proeprties so i dont know the status
Blocks D and E yet to launch right?
I was told by pv sales team Block D & E will be launch after full 'development authority approval' obtained and most likely happening sometime in Sept 2011.
You can expect an increment in pricing.

dunno whether it is ex mining land or not but it is not the same location as bullion mewah.
Assuming it is ex mining land, condo construction comes with many hundreds or thousand of piling piles, followed by concrete slab and this makes it 'safe' from soil settlement. Most terrace houses and properties build on mining land without heavy and depth pilling will result in cracks due to soil settlement.(esp if it lies on filled mining land less than 30 years old) High Rise in Bandar Baru Sentul, Pandan Indah, Pandan Perdana and Puchong Areas are build on ex mining land.

when start sale?
but leasehold a bit off for me
The sales started 3 weeks ago.
If you buy a condo for investment both freehold and leasehold is a good investment provided it in a good location.
a freehold apartment in bkt beruntung, rawang (some units auction at rm 6000 only)is a nightmare to many owners, while leasehold apartment in good location show good rental yield and capital appreciation. Look at Pavilion KL, a leasehold property in Jln Bkt Bintang, commands the highest sales price and rental yield for its retail and service apartments compared with lot 10, Farenheight 88(KL plaza), Sg Wang and Low Yat all freehold land status. Investors look it this way, my outlay comes back after 15 years for a good leasehold propety and the rest of the 84 years is 'free' for a 99 lease. Nothing happen if you don't buy it.
