Can give some info about it?how tight the resistance is for different color? Thinking of using it to replace weight plates cause plates very expensive.

i've already read the info, just need some opinions as how it feels and is it usable. Because from what i saw on the website, the green band(heaviest) is only around 60lbs means 30kg, thats not even enough for long term bench press. So i thought that maybe i'm wrong and should get some first hand info about it b4 i say anything.

If one not enough then you buy 2.

This is not static resistance. It starts light and as you stretch the band more it will become heavier resistance.

Just go to the store to demo the bands. All Fitness Concept stores have it and the sales people can teach you also.

Thanks Cyloh for the info. Can i ask 1 more question?

For weighted flat bench press, from start(chest) till end(hand straight) have resistance, but for band, when i start(from chest) will be 0 resistance?the resistance is only max when almost till the end(hand straight). Is it still as efficient?

Depends on how you set the band.

I did not try using it for benching. My 2 cents, it is not efficient and probably not safe to use for benching.
If you fail then 30kg of rebound plus your barbell weight will fly down straight at you, no way to throw the weight aside.

You can use it for squats and deadlift though, I've tried but I would say its not efficient and a waste of time.

Perhaps you can go to a per entry gym one day. Have someone demo and teach you how to squat/bench/deadlift.
When you experience it first hand, then you will understand why most prefer a real barbell with real weights.

I got blue band. U only able to perform single handed exercises most of the time. Bench Press with this band??? I dun really think it's possible go give u the effect of bench press with weights.

Imagine your workouts with a big rubber band. Then start thinking how you should workout with this band. You can perform curl,extensions... but all single handed.

I myself prefer real weights.Dumbell+Barbell+Bench=Best basic you need to have at home.

When you proceed more advance, maybe a squat rack and racks for you to put your plates.
