As mentioned, if your annual chargeable income is less than 20k which is not taxable, are you required to submit your EA form? Do you even need to open an Income Tax account if your income is this little?

Coz current company, in there for about 3 mths ledi, no give me any EA form or register me to LHDN. Even previous company where I quit in January, didn't give me EA form, that's why I wonder, if I don't do it, is it illegal?
