anyone who owns this thing? please share your experience.
Afaik: PS3's ds3,sixaxis works very differently from the xbox 360 controller.. the PS3's button react differently when you apply different pressure on the button. clearly seen with uncharted. if you push X hard drake will jump higher. So how does this adaptor translate the different pressure, as it doesn't seems that the 360's controller got this feature. |

The model you've shown in the first post is outdated. It was superseded by XCM Cross Battle Adapter Plus. But both are now obsolete. You should get version 2.0 or better, the latest being version 2.2.
Version 2.0 allows you to re-map your buttons and supports rumble (vibration, not tilt), but still using wired xbox360 controller (not wireless + recharge cable). Version 2.2 has all the v2.0 features and added support for wireless xbox360 controller. I have used all models up to v2.0 on my ps3. v2.2 was just released. the thing works as advertised. no problem. however, some people have observed that it may add a slight micro-second of lag. As posted above, you can get it from play-asia. This post has been edited by terranova: May 24 2011, 01:27 PM |
