That's even worse for non-Astro viewers (like me). The TVB shows are usually at least 2 years old.

that's true, i think that's becos many of the big sites like httpftp are closed down lately.
anyway, i'll still wait for the dvd-rmvb version. only if there's really no other way of getting dvdrip then only i'll go for tv or vcdrip.

from what i know currently, only txxz, skysg and hstv are still having dvdrip version.
out of the three, i think hstv's is one of the best quality but very hard to find for it's torrent.

which version are u getting txxz or skysg or u rip ur own?

Most of the downloads I've got are by SkySG and 6Feelings. They are not bad too.
I saw a few other DVD-rips in some Chinese BT sites but they are actually high quality VCD/TV-rips.

Check out the first page of this thread. You'll find a couple of links that will point you towards the direction.

You have to register in asianfanatics, have at least 20 solid posts in that forum then apply for the Member status before you are allowed to access the download section. After going through the process then you are allowed to download in asianfanatics forum.

Now i no longer wait for DVDrips. Prefer to get the TV rip vcd mpg version, burn it onto DVDRW then watch on stand alone player. Nice! Though about 450MB per episode, but it only takes about 1 and a half hour to download.

It may take VERY LONG!!
I was demoted once, and it took me about 2 months to get promoted again. AF actually sucks, but because they have proper download mods, they're quick to post up torrent links. More importantly, its in english.

Yeah, if it wouldn't for the English (for easier reference)/faster download access , I wouldn't be still downloading from AF.
Right now, I've beginning to check out some Chinese BT sites too (as alternative) since basically AF is just getting those torrents from them too.
