Everyone is build unique.

You can copy 100% how one eat and exercise or how he lives;yet you never able to has 100% same body as he is,becos anyone is unique.

What work best for him may not be for you.

But if you seriously want to copy everything Bruce Lee did, you got to know the weights he curl and lift/squat; the rest time between set;and of course as above mentioned what he eat. And also the time he sleep and wake up.

Regarding age,I would reli like to know why you guys think that young and small can't start these routines?

You may not able to do 100% of it,starting early, doing maybe just 40% and slowly improve will be a great thing.

You see ppl r either skinny or obese and only start training when they are 20 or 40;they suffer.

Workouts will stun your growth,if that's the reason y u guys think young boys shouldn't start workout;plz, stop spreading the myth.

Workouts enhance growth.

Was just answering those on top that asked "I'm 17,will this be too much?"

And also the one that answered the guy "...not advisable..."

Was just wondering why do the guy said that?

This y i said if the stun-growth-myth is the reason y,better just put it off.

No any other intention,mike.

Cheers.  thumbup.gif
