This thread seems interesting. Subscribing to it. Anyway, I'm only 17, would this workout be suitable for me? Or is it kinda too much?

The Circut Training for Total Fitness should work well for you at the moment.
Although there is ppl who start maximum training at your age but it was not advisable to do that.
The circut training is to build a foundation to get your body ready for the rest of the weight lifting, body building or strenght training.

After a full year of that at leaast, then u might consider trying the rest.

Was just answering those on top that asked "I'm 17,will this be too much?"

And also the one that answered the guy "...not advisable..."

Was just wondering why do the guy said that?

This y i said if the stun-growth-myth is the reason y,better just put it off.

No any other intention,mike.

Cheers.  thumbup.gif

Hi guys, just to clear up my comment.
What i meant with "Not advisable" simply because not all ppl are suitable to follow 100% the Bruce Lee kind of training&weight lifting...
Imagine if some one without knowledge and start as the same training as Lee did, he may end up in the hospital.
