according to manual that download from Asus site, it recommend to charge it for 8 hours before 1st use.
then deep decharge / recharge a few times the performance of battery will increase as well. |

finally proof that my eee pad sensor no problem.
just the software (apps) support issue only. btw, the screen reflection really annoying .. apply a screen protector can reduce the reflection level? .. hopefully |

Guys,
it is strongly recommend to install cache cleaner apps before thing happened. I called Asus help desk and ask me to install "cache clean" app.. but I can't install any thing right now. Even thought I free up till 550MB free space... looks like have to do factory reset = =" |

QUOTE(phantomash @ May 31 2011, 09:20 PM) have you tried clearing the market app cache? no worry, I'm IT guy so no mistake.550mb free space, did you mistaken ram memory as cache memory? they're not the same thing just in case you thought cache = ram under setting - storage it show use 12GB free 8MB ..starting.. then I try delete files/ uninstall apps ... until use 11.xGB .. 550MB free. the same problem occur to one of the user at bbs.gfan.com hopefully it wouldn't happened again after the honeycomp 3.1 upgrade |

QUOTE(phantomash @ Jun 1 2011, 09:07 AM) well then if you're an IT guy, you should know that deleting files or uninstalling apps doesn't affect the cache memory 1 bit ya, i know what u mean.your cache size cannot be 550MB free, because it shouldn't even be that big, lol which is why I know you must've mistaken it for something else cache memory are temporary memory that is part of your internal storage, you can't just free it by deleting stuff which is why you need to cache cleaner app. you can do it manually too if you can use recovery or adb (there could be other ways as well, feel free to correct me) interested to discuss about this also even thought connected eee pad with laptop, it will show the same info ( low free space 220MB ) before i delete things. then i start delete apps like pptv video streaming apps ( this kind of apps cache data ) and unused game data. later on check the folder one by one confirm only 2GB used. ( connected to laptop ) then suspecting either error msg or really some hidden system file fill up the space. then i decided to call the center see how there respond to new launch eee pad 3 min+ only I called. Including call, select menu, ask, get answer then hang up This post has been edited by tyenfei: Jun 1 2011, 09:23 AM |
