Download from asus web...  put inside sd card and it will ask if u wanna upgrade...

I hv downloaded the file, extracted it and placed it in "ASUS" folder (followed the instructions given by Asus Support), but it can't be detected.
There is another zip file in the downloaded zip file and then folders in it.
May I know to what extent you extract the zip file?
TQ.

Try to restart your tab.... mine also can't detect... but once restarted, there is a notification for update...

It still didn't detect the update.
I have restarted more than 10 times and even changed a microsd card.

But, one thing is weird.
I can't find the "Asus" folder in the downloaded zip file.
So, I just created it myself.
This is why I asked you to what extent you extracted the zip file.
TQ.

Edit: Problem solved. I didn't extract the structure of the zip, but just drag and drop from the zip file to the explorer. Lesson learned.
Anyway, TQ.

does that mean u just copy the whole updatelauncher...zip into the sd card without taking out everything inside?
I am still downloading the patch, not complete yet...
*
No.
I mean I opened the downloaded zip file with winzip and then drag & drop the zip file inside it to a window explorer.
So, the folder structure is not right.
The correct structure should be "ASUS>Update>WW_epad_user_82313.zip".
You just need to click on the "Extract" button, it will be in the right order.
It's my personal preference when I'm doing extract files, especially when there are a lot files in the zip.

Very bad news.
My Transformer's touch screen is not functioning after I left it standby for a few hours.
I have to send it back for warranty.

Edit: Quite a no. of Transformer users reported the same experience as me.
