Hi guys, any shops to recommend for curtain railling installation and also curtains? Condo is at Shah Alam.

try OneUtama HomesHarmony, the chinese madam in charge of curtain department is quite knowledge and helpful.. price also surprisingly competitive.. alot of choices on fabric/material too..

Go Nilai 2. Curtain shops there are much cheaper compare to those in KL.

Hi sifu, i m installing curtains at my unit. I have a quote from MK curtain, not sure its quality, the price seems pricey to me...can one advise me if this is reasonable?

Curtain for condo renting only...

but why Dining needs curtain?

Go Nilai to compare. There is MK curtain there which appear very cheap to me.
But i think is a different MK curtain from the quotation where you get.

Just DIY la. Get it from ikea or any shopping mall.

Probably can save you about half the cost.

actually the size from ikea is standard cant match the size of my living hall. If buy two sets to joint, i think it wont look nice and is already expensive...

Is the same MK curtain from Nilai, just that they came open a branch at IOI mall..their price should be the same right..

Actually, the main pricey part of the quote is the material for living hall sliding door and a side window near to dining hall, is not literally at the dining hall. The price per meter is RM 71.40. The material for that price appears to be top notch when i visited their shop. Since i am just renting my unit out, i not sure if i should go lower price like RM40-50 or lower which i only safe about RM300-400...
