Whats the difference between n53sn corei7 and n53sv corei7 beside gpu? Can list it?

if you live in KL, there is a shop selling N53SV corei7 for RM3100 called Twinhead in Low Yat Plaza and N53SV corei5 version is RM2399 or RM2299 (can't remember).

I hate the fact Asus only delivers basic spec corei5 and corei7 N53 notebooks for Malaysia market. I wish there is a Full HD or Blu Ray or an option for backlit keyboard. Not many option though. -,-
