depends where you are buying it from. it can either come as a ! year warranty and sometimes 2 year warranty (like for the N53SN)....
beyond that usually they (the seller, online shop etc....) give you the option of an extra year warranty or something....you have to pay for it

got diff if u run lots of software at a time or use graphic design softwares...

I'll be very honest here. I got the N53SV, i7 model only because of it's USB 3.0, if none, I would have gone with i5 because I don't think I am going to run any thing too processor heavy. All in all quite satisfied with this computer, adjusting to the laptop now. I wouldn't say I have tonnes of experiences with other laptops but here is my opinion.

Pros:-
Feels difinitely cooler (literally) than my inspiron 1520.
Screen seems brighter than the inspiron 1520.
I like the numpad integrated.

Cons:-
USB ports are at the front which disallows me to put papers, heavy books besides.
Multimedia buttons are small and I can't see them in the dark (compared to the inspiron where it is illuminated by LED)

Overall:
The flexing of the keyboard does not bother me at all. It actually feels good for a certain weird reason.
B&O speakers are just a marketing gimmick, they are not that good, do not expect to run a party with this pair.
Comes preinstalled with tonnes of bloatware which is a nono for me.

Thats the end of my mini review, perhaps will do a detailed one if time allows me which I highly doubt so.

lol... tat one cannot prevent.. juz get wat u wan and when u need it... HAHAHAHAA I am talking crap. I waited since last year lol.. Actually last year april i should own one laptop already,but i decided to enter college without a laptop, because i hope i can get better spec this year...

If u want a better specs go get the new DV6 with quad core AMD Llano with dual GPU for CrossFire      . Estimate cost also around rm3k
