QUOTE(Edz789 @ Jun 27 2011, 07:24 PM) depends where you are buying it from. it can either come as a ! year warranty and sometimes 2 year warranty (like for the N53SN).... mean... ASUS themselves don't offer extended warranties?beyond that usually they (the seller, online shop etc....) give you the option of an extra year warranty or something....you have to pay for it of course. does that help? i had gone to their site. lolx... extended warranty need buy online, but in the list don't have Malaysia link.. hurmmmmm..... if i am getting one... i don't want warranty from the shop i buy. It's better to have warranty that is from the manufacturer.. |

QUOTE(D_s_X @ Jul 4 2011, 12:02 AM) I'll be very honest here. I got the N53SV, i7 model only because of it's USB 3.0, if none, I would have gone with i5 because I don't think I am going to run any thing too processor heavy. All in all quite satisfied with this computer, adjusting to the laptop now. I wouldn't say I have tonnes of experiences with other laptops but here is my opinion. lolx.... tq tq...Pros:- Feels difinitely cooler (literally) than my inspiron 1520. Screen seems brighter than the inspiron 1520. I like the numpad integrated. Cons:- USB ports are at the front which disallows me to put papers, heavy books besides. Multimedia buttons are small and I can't see them in the dark (compared to the inspiron where it is illuminated by LED) Overall: The flexing of the keyboard does not bother me at all. It actually feels good for a certain weird reason. B&O speakers are just a marketing gimmick, they are not that good, do not expect to run a party with this pair. Comes preinstalled with tonnes of bloatware which is a nono for me. Thats the end of my mini review, perhaps will do a detailed one if time allows me which I highly doubt so. n series are biutiful... |

lolx... wah on par wit gtx????
erm... so far la... in reviews i seen... some games suffered when using dual graphics... while some benefited. frm 2Xfps become 3X fps.... so that's about 40-60% increase in performance?lolx.... still.... if they cant make it stable... no point having it... lolx... also i'm not sure whether their turbo core system is wrking right or not... the review benchmarks... indicated that the core didn't speed up... of course... those reviews are actually pre=views.... before the consumer versions are out.. now im itching to find some review on the real physical launched amd apu equiped lappies and some benchmarks to see are they wrking well. if they do.... bwahahahahaahaahahahahaa.. if they don't.... well.... |
