Hi, Imma noob here.. so I was recommended to get N53Sv, i5-2410M + Nvidia GT540M(1GB)[Bang & Olufsen]
can you guys tell me more stories on this model? I've read the specs and stuff, kinda attracted to it but now I need to know about user experience.
also, this gives 7 home premium or 7 ultimate?
p/s: I never use any Asus model before, so this might be my first one if I'm getting this. thanks

QUOTE(jusjus88 @ Jun 15 2011, 09:23 PM) First thing is, it will be Win7HP. User experience..similar to N53SN, hmm i'll just say it feels solid and not creaky. Ventilation is good so no heating problem. Only has 2 memory slots so you can only go up to 8GB. Core i5 is good enough for gaming. 2 years global warranty so you dont have to worry where ever you bring it to. Has quite a special feel to the keyboard flexy-ish. But i love the feeling now! Thank, I should get this then... any recommended seller in Trade zone before I proceed on my own?

if possible, yes something like that(both).
also, my usage is more than 10hrs a day so I need one with good ventilation as well.

I was wondering, if using for a long time I should take off the battery right? but when I do that the usb port wont recognize my HDD or thumbdrive QUOTE(simon3041 @ Jun 17 2011, 10:07 PM) Added on June 17, 2011, 10:09 pm1) go do backup dvd 2) reformat (can refer how to do backup and factory reset in asus manual book) 3) delete useless bloatwares http://forum.notebookreview.com/asus/38068...ware-guide.htmloptional ( do backup registry file and clean error registry entry by using CCleaner) 4) uninstall ATK and reinstall back (dunno why some fn key will nt work after uninstall some bloatwares, after reinstall working fine again) 5) use msconfig to unable some useless startup 6) install 'Windows Performance Tool Download WPT: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/performance/cc752957Instructions from sarf2k4 (at the bottom): http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/1606856/+1940#entry403195547) Use Asus Fast boot to delay some program startup This is optional right? coz I has moved my files to the other partition. (I never use factory reset before..) This post has been edited by Acher13: Jun 18 2011, 11:32 AM
