me too....i don't have major issue as well, performance improved after upgrade the RAM to 8GB....except the system hang after sleep mode.....in overall i think is a good buy biggrin.gif

PS: I'm not ASUS fans

Hmmm.. Hang after sleep mode? Really ka? But it's still okay for me.. I wont let it sleep then ;D

Hibernate is better than sleep right? Or..was it the other way around.

Just turn it off man.. with those powerful processors you'll just hit a 50 sec boot time. (provided you have a clean startup tongue.gif )

Depends, if you want speed, Sleep is faster. If you want zero power consumption, Hibernate is better, but it eats harddisk space (as large as your RAM)..

same probs.. sleep/ hiber get hang, serious screen hang, no mouse response. but chances of getting is is like 35%..
ways to counter- press eject button 4 cd player.. works like a charm..(hope it spoil be4 2 years warrenty so can fix brows.gif ...)

oh really? I thought it is the colour differences. So between western digital and seagate, which one should i choose? I heard theres a different finish between silver and black colour of the n53sv. Which one is better? Silver or black? Wait, is n53sv comes with colour to choose?

It could be the colour...

and WD is better according to user feedbacks. Better performance and reliability.

Ask the trader..what's the difference. If he says "Both also same" kind of rubbish - then ask him ASUS is so free to publish two same laptop with different model number is it?

Sometimes it really pisses me off when salesperson reply unintelligent comments just because they want to do sales.

And the ASUS mouse is not Logitech.. it's really just, well, ASUS mouse. lol
