Try to go setting > use side switch to

See whether you did change the setting to "lock location".

Hopefully if helps bro.

If all else fails. Do a hard reset. Hold the power and home button until the apple log pops up.

Is it just happening to one app? Maybe the bug is caused by an app ur using.

Hey i just got this problem too just now.
Been using my ipad 2 for 2 weeks now n this is the first time this problem happened.
I'm using my side switch for orientation lock since the first day.
This never happened before dont know why it did just now.
The only thing i did today was i just received my yoobao executive case, which has the sleep/wake function like the smart cover n i'm using that case for my ipad now, before this i just used the hard cover for the back only. So is it because of the case? Maybe the magnet caused problem or something? But when i restart the ipad its okay again now, dont know if it will happen again later
