Use find iPhone features on MobileMe. But you must register and activate it on your iPhone before it was stolen

There is no way to get it back to be true.
Even with find my iPhone, they can delete it. |

Firstly, so sorry to hear that. How long have you been using it? It'd be even sadder if youve only used it for a short time.
Cant we report and block the phone from any usage by blocking/banning the IMEI number? It's possible to be done, but is it practised though? :hmmm: |

im curious about IMEI thing here.
let's say for example TS is using maxis. and lets say we do practice blocking IMEI here. so...if call maxis ask to block IMEI, meaning the phone cannot use with maxis only? but can use with other telco if change sim? 2nd question... let's say im buying a 2nd hand iphone. how would i know if the phone's IMEI kena block or not? really no idea how IMEI blocking works |

QUOTE(ruffyfluffy @ May 22 2011, 06:50 AM) if the police manage to catch the thief, and they were able to locate all the stolen items, and TS's iphone is one of the items.... if TS had made a report then the police would know that iphone belongs to him by matching the serial numbersmall chance la. if the thief already sold the phone then i dont think the police can do anything anyway |
