imo, free astro or not is not important. if you have to work 24/7, barely have time to watch even an hour drama. it does not bring much different right?

I used to work in astro last time. Not a bad company to work for....got free astro ..and job was very relaxing..everyday can go bacl sharp 5;30pm..go apply lar..

Last time, in 2011 i work as a customer service. Basic salary is 2500. I think its a big start for fresh graduate. Working shift hour really make me stress n always need to stay for ot. So i quit after 1year contract.

senior management do you mean HoD, director, and above?

yes.

one of my cousins used to be a director in Astro before he joined Oracle. his mom told us his pay lolol very scary.

1- director in any company is never easy to become, even a chinaman company director you could also have the luxury of company car and various hidden benefit
2- never believe too much in what others parents say about how much their children earn, most of the time its exaggerated

Now he's GM in Microsoft. Do you think Microsoft is easy to get in to be a GM? He's in his mid 40's so he has a long history of good work experiences already behind him.

Even if his mom exaggerated and we discounted -30% of the reported amount (of his monthly salary), it is still a lot MNCs' middle management's annual pay.

fresh grad's pay= 2.5 k (without OT/allowance if any)

that's pretty normal, in fact, quite underpaid compare to other companies of the same size

since you're a fresh grad..do not expect too much...not many ppl are going to pay you 3k +++++

2.5k freshgrad is underpaid? hmm.. how much only not considered as underpaid and which company can pay that amount?

I applied through their cooperate website.. still unprocessed yet... does anyone know how long it takes to view the application? Or any suggestion that how to apply job in ASTRO?
