My new Sub UM68 BB only manage to get 350kbps,wtf..I though they reset back every first of the month. Already call CS twice today but still the same

But UM will keep switch to 2g line and make my connection speed very unstable and even cant download at all.

I'm using it and dl about 12GB,but I didn't face any cap speed,am I the lucky 1?so you better call them to reset your account

I spent few 4 good days figuring all kinds of workaround including a factory reset only to find out that it's all a waste of time! Trying to call Umobile customer service for days but no one's answering.

Now, what should i do? Switch to Digi? or keep trying until someone answers my call... Anyone here has the same kind of experience with Umobile?

Did you solve your problem?cause my sister was face the same problem just like you.funny thing was if I take her Sim card and slot in to my galaxy s......no problem at all,can access app just like normal,but insert her Huawei x 5,problem still the same...

latest sms get from U mobile.U28 Postpaid plan free 1 gb + 300 sms...
but cant find any information from their web page.....

U mobile finally updated their page for the new RM28 Postpaid plan,But after look inside to it,I will stick with my prepaid plan

Did any one facing problem with U mobile line currently? All my phone and broadband just went down!!
