Just subscribed to the RM40/Month Broadband... so far the speed got throttled at 44KB/s max. Do I need to call CS to unlock the true speed?

After multiple support calls, finally they unlocked my RM40 2GB broadband speed...
I'm able to achieve 700KB/s DL + 200KB/s UL which is very good compare to other wireless BB... The only downside is the coverage... |

Same here, upon subscribe to their service MB40, i always get the speed not more than 45KB/s... Called them up 3 times to follow up the issue... Once the CS update my profile... it basically speed up alot compare to initial speed...
Hopefully they won't re-cap every month and stays this way! |

So far my UM40 package do nto have this problem... I use it on iPad2 as an alternative internet... So far so good except appstore... super slow!

It is total outage, don't expect service to be back shortly.... HLR (subscriber databse) down...
