why umobile always prompt me to input pin no each time i do a connection. cant do a auto connect .pls help |

just call umobile as i want to terminate my postpaid subscription . was told if through third party termination , need to furnish them the followings:- 1- photocopy i/c 2- authorisation letter 3- letter to umobile stating reasons anyone experience this before |
