when do they usually un cap the speed ? my billing date is 1st and my speed is still capped.

i find it stupid when my billing date is 1st but the bill statement will only be available like a week later.

same thing happened to me. late uncap on the 5th, now im capped again when my usage is only at 400mb. not only me, my fren pun kena the same thing. something must be wrong with their systems.

anybody got charged for data usage although using U28? just received my July bill this afternoon and they charged me RM3.45 for 100+MB.

its weird that u didnt recd their sms about this, they will rectify it in your next month bill. both my fren and i recd that sms.

u cant check the remaining sms and they will reset the quota on the 1st of each month.
