just wanna ask... i noticed that the past 2-3 weeks, U Mobile network a bit lousy... kept dropping and ended up on the Celcom network (roaming). that caused my data speed to drop.
otherwise, worse... connected to U Mobile but no data connection...
before that, never happened before.

QUOTE(azrash @ Jul 12 2012, 11:36 PM) works fine here as well. Setiawangsa, Ampang and Bandar Sunway Regarding the customer service, I found that all telco are roughly the same. I have jumped from a lot of telco, but I'll be sticking with Umobile due to their great value. What I do when I file a complaint, is I log every calls or emails or tweets, and ask for case number, and if they don't call me back etc, just tweet them. and list down the logs. Normally they'll response faster on twitter. But the customer careline has been fine for me so far u mobile... twitter account... a bit dead, no? or i followed the wrong twitter account?

i have both Galaxy S2 and Galaxy Note.
i noticed that it's a 'hassle' when I drop to the Celcom network and try to reconnect back to U Mobile 3G.
is there an automatic way where I can set on the phone so that it will automatically revert back to 3G network when available?
right now... need to go to the network, scan network (this one can take 1 minute), then select the network to join (about 10-30secs). so troublesome.

QUOTE(karheng @ Jul 27 2012, 12:46 PM) got 2 option, 1. At Mobile network settings, select Network mode to WCDMA only. In this mode, no matter where you are, you will be only in 3G. So if no network, it will no coverage at all. No auto to 2G celcom. 2. get the widget got airplane mode/flight mode. Or mobile network widget. Turn it on and off again. It take 10 sec, faster than you search the network by manually.need 2G just in case... but ya, #2 sounds like a good idea. fast and easy on the Galaxy phones. thanks.
