anybody having slow speed problem at kelana jaya area?? or is it just me?

this damn broadband is getting worst n worst.....lousy speed after 9pm, can't even run a speedtest !!! WTF !!!

really canot tahan this damn umobile, call whole morning nobody pick up the phone. The speed slow like hell, now they dont even allow u to complaint....wtf !!!

u guys encounter any problem with the download quota? i received sms when come to mid of every month, saying i have used up 90% of the quota and once reach 100% my line speed will b capped. i was like wtf?? i monitored my dl capacity everyday, there is no way i can used up 5GB by just mid of the month.
I call up the sc and tell them the mobile partner shows my monthly dl statistic only reach 2.5GB, not even 90%. u know wat the girl said? "ohh...normally we dont rely on that figure bcoz is not that accurate, our system here shows u have reach 90% of the 5GB capacity, that's it"

yes they will reset the quota on the 1st of every month. Now they vry fast, vry fast to capped your speed once u reach your 5GB limit, vry fast to reset the quota too, on every 1st day of the month.
