As far as I know, there is no contract. Notice that for UB68, if terminated before the end of the billing period, charges are not prorated.
If I subscribe the highest available plan, postpaid, what will I get, what will I get free modem?

The highest available plan is UB68. You will get a SIM card only.
If you want to get official modem bundling from U Mobile, you might want to check out

As far as I know, for, UB68, officially:
1. RM68 advance payment is required (info taken from website)
2. There is no any processing fee
3. There is no Stamp Duty (the usual telco will gladly charge RM10 per line)
4. There is no registration fee
5. There is no deposit required
6. There is no activation fee
7. There is no installation fee

Prepaid Broadband is Voice/Video Starter Pack, to subscribe, just activate the normal U Mobile 018 starter pack (preloaded RM5 credit), top up amount eg. RM65, subscribe via *118#

Postpaid
RM 68 advance payment is required. Monthly charges are prorated in 1st month up to the end of 1st billing period. Thereafter, monthly charges are payable for each full monthly billing period in arrears. If terminated before the end of the billing period, charges are not prorated. Does not apply to all broadband mobile postpaid products, only for POSTPAID U BROADBAND ONLY SIM.
