hi all..any idea u can share with me...this is the first time using any broadband..

yesterday subscribe UM Rm48 plan 5GB ( for first 5 motnh) with 7.2 mbps usb modem,paid RM100 for upfront..go home at my place Andalas Klang the result very disappointing..can only manage to get 300~500 kbps...not even reach 1mbps...by the way the signal bar only got 2 bars ( what the maximum bars?).. how to dial *118*2*3# for checking broadband usage?(dun laugh coz i really got no idea how to dial it using laptop...)
any idea to improve my speed for my UM? tq

hi all..wta .on wednesday got message from u mobile told that i had reached my quota limit for 5gb..so after that the speed was cut down to 60kbs~100kbs..very annoying to surf the internet with that speed..planning to pay my bill on this coming 5th..but yesterday i got my normal speed back..2mbps~3mbps until now..so my question here can this happen? u mobile got hidden agenda..huhuh..maybe when i pay my bill on 5th they will deduct my 5gb quota base on what i using before after reached the quato limit? any explaination? tq

tq bro..yup ..postpaid user..did't check the limit yet..but got 2 message from u-mobile before..first said i used 90% of quota limit..then one day later got msg said i reached my quota limit of 5gb..after that speed drop...

not sure bout the network prob coz use for 2 day after reach quota and speed still slow..just last night the speed back to normal...my bill due on 5th every month..

hi all..just bought myself umobile starter pack prepaid..so activate it today and will expired during 30 days rite..my question is this prepaid unlimited quota? coz got msg from umobile enjoy unlimited internet mobile..is it mean its no quota? only expired when 30 days? tq

hi all.....postpaid plan user here..rm68 permonth for 5gb quota..this is my 3rd month using UM postpaid..for 1st 2 month already finish the quota for 5gb..so got question here for my 3rd month onward:

1) let say my bill statement on every 1st of month.. if my quota usage only 1gb instead of 5gb for one month do UM still charge me RM68?

2) does the 4gb balance of my quota will carry forward? mean 4gb + 5gb= 9gb quota
for my next month?

3)Do give me any pro or cons coz thinking to switch Umobile prepaid rm28
permonth..coz my usage of quota only 1gb~1.5 gb permonth since currently i'm
using this UM BB for my Openbox connection only..so the bandwith usage very
