umobile is ok... i mean the signal and line... in coverage lar i mean... de only sucky part is it's customer service and it's billing oso sucky wan... can compare with the government wan...
every new subscription if take the normal with usb modem package wud be RM48 rite... and my 1st and 2nd month bill were NOT rebated. should be their standard procedure mar... new subscriber, rebate 5months rm20... duH~ gotto go umobile center to make complaint again...   |

guys... my last validity date is till 23112011. already expired. when will be the last day for the no. to be totally terminated? what would UMobile validity be?

UMobile's billing is really bad. I got my bill d and billing date were from 1/12 - 31/12 and I'm being charged Monthly Charges RM136.00. So, i'm guessing it's RM68x2 lor but I've paid last month. Full payment in the counter in BTS. I'm subscribing on the RM68/month package. A simple formulation YET their system can generate wrong. I really dono whether it's human or technical error...
I'm working very near to BTS hence still ok with me. Imagine those that are not nearby to the service center and will have lots of hassle to go complaint... Buck up UMobile on your operation side... Indeed worst than Government wan... hai~  |
