Hi ryan! Got the parcel d! Everything is in good condition, but the black shade in a Sleek Storm palette's shattered There seems to be a lack of broken bits about, and everything else arrived fine, as if Sleek/your shipper knew of the damage, cleaned it up and shipped it anyway. Is there a possibility I could get it exchanged?

My UD order is all here, but I'm missing a fair bit of my Sleek order. I'm assuming the rest will be arriving soon?
