when the status started to be appear and updated , my shipment date is tomorrow, but so far still "Not yet Ship".

i just checked mine still "Not Yet Shipped".
Can it be due to color and type of IPAD we choose? eg black color have more stock than white? |

really sad and angry, shipment delay 2 to 6 business day, why not update earlier?? until the one hour before pass my shipment date , update the delay status. Going to call them soon.

Guys , your delay is shipment date delay or the delivery date delay?
if shipment date, the Apple should bare the responsibility,right? do u guys demand or they willingly offered? I called just now, CS did not offer anything and just explain that the stock are arranging now..so cause the delay... I think I will called again and demand for rebate. |

The female CS there lying about no compensation to anyone, and what ever date stated in e-order there is ESTiMATED. If they delay again, it is consider a date change not delay...
I am very-very angry to hear all this, I told her to keep on lying, and another delay, I will talk to her manager. Cause no point to talk to a junior and no nothing about "Customer Service" |

RM 100 or smart cover is not my aim,

Delivered date stated in my original e-order is 14 of June. It is a delay for my case.
anyway,yesterday I just found out an delay notification email sent to me by Apple Store, which I can use it to shut the female CS who keep denying my delay complaint. |
