I think regardless of Customs or DHL problems, Apple should understand and ensure future shipment gets better. DHL claims that Apple sent the last shipment in bulk and this caused a lot of problem. If that's the case, DHL should TELL Apple that future shipments should be dealt differently.this is apple job,we all knw the custom need $$ to proceed faster.

Of course, our Customs are also outdated, in that they take their own sweet time for coffee and milo breaks, then work a bit to process...
Frus...now stuck in DHL after customs clearance...*sigh*
