how come those who ordered later already received theirs and for some of us who ordered earlier havent got it yet. isnt there a 'system' for the customs to clear based on the order of arrival

i ordered on the 30/4 and dont even know for sure that i can get it this week (hopefully i will) plus i think there's a mixed up in the tracking status (cos complete clearance should come before arrived at del. facility right?) so im not too sure what really is the status now. pfftt ive been quiet all this while but cant hold my disappointment any longer
