Still stuck at subang.. apple store mention deliver by today..

want to ask any of you.. when will apple charge my CC?

I already receive the invoice through email but actually the CC that I use to order got fraud and bank replace my card with new one. Ipad is already shipped out.

Until now still no call or email from apple saying the transaction declined or whatsoever.

Anybody know why apple charge my CC RM 1,914.19
I bought 16g wifi/3g which cost RM1899

I just called CIMB, they said this payment amount is submitted by Apple, and I should call apple and ask why they charge different amount than invoice vmad.gif

If you paid the exact amount, please state which bank so that I can dump CIMB and their crappy practices to save money.  The damned iPad 2 bought online cost me RM19 more!  shakehead.gif

I also kena extra charge, I think this apply to CIMB card only, I call CIMB CS, the representative said this amount is from apple. I think the representative also lazy to check or something about the transaction. I going to complaint to CIMB for this extra charge.

So complaining to them is pointless and a waste of time.  You can maybe lodge a complaint with Bank Negara though, to see if they got the balls to do anything.

So, we get screwed twice - one for the exchange rate, and another time for this admin fee.  Sodo-mee, anyone?  tongue.gif

Guys, thanks for sharing, now I know who to do banking with, and it shows that CIMB's call centre people are outright liars, because I asked the person on the line a couple of times, and he said yes, this is a banking industry practice  vmad.gif
