Just received mail from Apple which claim that my item has shipped . But tracking doesn't show any shipment .

My Ipad spec: Personalised iPad 2 with Wi-Fi + 3G 64GB - White

I place my order on 1st May. Now 4th week since I placed the order. Call the CS today as my item suppose deliver yesterday. CS said my iPad waiting for Ketam clearance. As all of you knew our Malaysian Ketam Diraja working like sh......t. I have experinece before this whereby my Item from Sea Fright hold by this Ketam and I went to meet the officer. If you observed the process and the working behaviour of this Ketam....really really ....all this people unchangeable attitute.

Anyway I get my RM100 refund. CS give me 2 option, 1st Smart cover 2nd RM100 refund which will credit to my CC within 7 working days.

Why? Ketam want check the function of 3G or ? Who knows after the container on hold for quite sometimes... and at the end gone missing

All the Airport and Port customs working 24/7. Getting news from local retailer Apple exec need to to meet some officer due to some issues araise which forseen long delay on clearance.

Most probably will getting mine on Monday or Tuesday....will take 1 day to reach PG

Received mine today at 10.45am. Placed order on 1st May and received today 31st May......not 1-2 weeks as claim by Apple it 30 days/4weeks/1month.
