Or need to bring this issue to the press, they need some pressure i think...
if not...no ends waiting...
Apple blame dhl n custom, dhl blame custom n Apple paperworks..
Apple should have done some marketing research on malaysian's demand for ipad 2, then only they choose their courrier company, n DHL should have prepared themselve for the shipments from Apple to do their works, n create a better coordination with custom for the clearance...
haih...now even dhl n apple dont even dare to give a promie date when it will be cleared..

46 hours without any updates..
Called twice to dhl, 1st saying it will deliver by today evening, guess no luck.
2nd call stunned me, hi sir, ur parcels r still on custom clearance sir, will deliver within the next 4-5 working days sir.
Double standard practice, Haih....just to whine..

Nth much special with the clearance complete, it's more than 50hours without any update, I called dhl they say its still in subang airport. I told my status was cleared, n they answer me with a nice n lovely voice " it's still in subang airport sir, waiting for custom to clear, there wasn't anything we can do sir..

I asked them when will it be cleared, they answer "we can't really provide u a date or time sir, it's up to the progress from the custom sir"

My heart sank... cry.gif

I did a self-collect at the DHL glenmarie hicom as I would have to wait for maybe another day for the delivery.

I called up DHL on the 31/05/2011 asking for the status as it has not updated for more than 2 days..unexpectedly they told me it was ready for delivery, so I made a request to self collect the parcel at the warehouse.

U r in the same shipment as mine, I got it today morning at 10am after I made a request for self collect.

By the time I went to DHL, my status was still not updated, but I called n DHL says it's ready.

It was still unbulk yet when I went there, but they purposely go n unbulk n get my 2 ipads out, after a long wait n lost of faith to DHL, but given credit to their effort n service today morning.

If u live around klang valley area, do give them a call, especially cs people in the morning, they really hold up my call for 5mins just to ensure my parcel is ready for collection.. notworthy.gif notworthy.gif

omg...mine oso week 21, i did the screen bleeding test n dead picel test...
no dead pixel, n im relief compared to urs unsure.gif , just a little corner of screen bleeding..
will update some photos soon..
