Ok guys i called DHL and speak to one of the DHL manager.... Today dont expect anything as deliver/self collect will start from tomorrow. End of story

i have called DHL and they mentioned after clearance processing complete - Szb - SZB...it take about 1-2 days to come at your home. I am more relaxing a bit after apple gives me rebate..but after tomorrow still not update DHL status. i will making another noise at DHL and looking rebate from them.. haha

DHL will not give rebate... they will just ignore u LOL

Can't rely on the DHL email notification / tracking on their official website. Not accurate at all.

I think you all should go do a self collect, what I know is they have toooooo many iPads coming due to the delay clearance, it will not reach you cos logistically it is almost impossible.

However, in order to get information on the status of your parcel, you are advised to contact the courier company (DHL) or The Royal Malaysian Customs (Lapangan Terbang Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah) at 03-78472544.

what do you do when go self collect. any identification system? what will they ask?

Yea i don't mind doing a self collect if is near my place
