are you engrave ? it may take another 3 days if you opt for engrave

yup, am order for engraved...but, I guess it just need the machine to run the graving right? I guess it shall not taking till three days just to do the job...well, this is my imagination la...since am never been in foxconn's factory b4..hehe rclxm9.gif

on 1st June, the status changed to 'prepared for shipment'...today still same le...haizzzz cry.gif

btw, how u knw the whole engraving process will taking three days to process?

of course it done by the machine, not a problem before the engraving process, but after being engraved, to sort it back into shipment will take some times...

for me, start prepared for shipment is start on 28/05

changed to shipment is 30/05

maybe our product not same gua....usually, the prepared to shipment process will took about 2-3days based on the other forumer feedback...

I also not sure why certain items been processed at KUL and eventually passed to courier while some have the first clearance at SZB then KUL before the item being pass to courier.. blink.gif

although the attempted delivery was yesterday, apple policy is cannot collect on the same day, need to go and collect it the day after (for me today). And if you want them to re attempt the delivery, it will be on monday... I cannot wait that long... is there any apple policy like this? or is the CS wanna play with me? Coz I would be more than happy to play them back... hmm.gif
