Just a lil bit more salt on the wound, the 2nd floor balcony railing is mild steel too instead of glass railing like at 1st floor balcony...sigh why....even the opposite Damai link house c/w glass rail at balcony

next time when you are planning to sneak in again, see if can get rombongan n walk in  melawat sambil belajar. no one is stopping you? 

from the pic, it looks really decent, and 1 of the pic of bathroom is testing water proof of the floor. not bad

What the lousy job they do???? at least give us the glass railing la.. can't be so cheap right???

1st, the KR main gate near the club house is for the Semi-D where there are Strata Title properties. 2sty, 2.5sty and 3sty are individual title, that's the different between us. Their maintenance fee is calculate by sq ft (G&G concept), we are lump sum 100 + 50 (guarded community only).

i remember the SA told me before, Semi-D has it's own security system (separate with link-houses), people with the pass only can enter.
2nd, there is a big "longkang" between the link-houses and club house. dont think MS is going to make  the damn big road on top of the longkang.

how do we link-houses go to club house? MS is going to built bridge on the longkang, so we link-houses just walking to enter club house.

3SS c/w smart security system, touch screen. 2.5 & 2 sty c/w normal security system.

Ur unit is 2 or 2.5 storey?
