is normal as the injection pumping in the virus to let the body immune system to fight. most of the doctor will give fever medicine (pink color syrup) for standby.

My normal practice whenever my son has injection (especially those that causes fever after) is giving him a dosage of the fever meds right after his injection. So far, he doesn't get fever when I use this method after his injection.
For fever, it's best to clothed him thinly and sponge him every now and then.

my paed adviced me to give med after get home after injection. But if u went to govt clinic, they wont give u any med. this was my experience when i brought my bb 4 injection to govt clinic 1 time. afterward, i changed to private then only paed told me to do so.
like phythia79 said, if fever, sponge baby now n then, as much as possible. esp in mid9, u shd be extra careful. Remember, NOT sponge with hot/warm water. use body temp or slightly cold to cool down.
It is gd to sleep in aircon room when fever bcoz room temp will be more constantly n underctrl, unlike open window cond. However, U HAVE TO let bb wear thin cloth.
