Bro,actually if psu fault also can on.I've experienced this.
I Thought the mobo or CPU.
The PC just blank screen but running.
Then i swap PSU,working just fine.
After the hassle..haizz..
Then i checked the PSU with PSU tester.
Confirm the PSU faulty.Got 2 LED from the tester is no light.
