here's my 2 giant marimo.. bought it from leeyung since last year but only now got the chance to put it in proper aquarium
but 1 of my marimo already torn coz of the crayfish

Nope, that is not normal, you should filter it as it will harm ur marimo, the white worm is those almost like hair thickness type rite and their movements are fast n will actually dig into ur marimo and destroy it. Should double check next time if you purchase.

i did put feeder fish for the crayfish.. but maybe the fish is to fast. so the crayfish decide to box my marimo

The best way if you wish to put marimo with crayfish, put some ghost shrimp, the crayfish will box the shrimp instead of marimo

shrimps are sensitive. will be surprised if they can survive long in a marimo tank

all bcame 海龙王 liao loo... mine most prob is the water temperature too hot... so all KO liao wooo....

haha, mine also had quite a few died, even jump out to suicide!! but i wasn't too sure if it was due to the stress or what, hopefully the current one stay though xD

if it just a ghost shrimp, i wont mind if it died. but not the other shrimp..

mine cheapest is RM3 each, the red cherry shrimp jump out to suicide
lol, but now so far all the orange/red cherry shrimp kinda good
but too many shrimps until i also forgot all their name xD
