what's the main difference between np8130 and np8150 ya? Their spec kinda similar? but price vary so much

i want to ask.. ive left my sager np8130 unactivated for about 2months. Now when i want to start it, the three icon number lock/caps lock/scroll lock blinking and produces beep, beep, beep sound. After a few seconds it shuts down by itself. I cant start it, wats the problem ya?

It has been on the backpack the whole time, no dust collected at the back. T.T, still cant start it. Hopefully still ok, not even a year i bought this
