Hi everyone. I m new here bt i hv been following this Sager thread for almost half year. I m planning to get 8130 fr mucro so i emailed them ask for details. Bt they seems like do not really answer my question and keep ask me refer to website. This kind of customer service really make me worry bcos i never online dealing.

Regarding the warranty, lets say if big problems (mobo failure) that need to send the laptop back to US, does the warranty cover the shipping cost to and back from US?
They replied:

Regarding the shipping period, I know that the website stated that around 2-3 weeks. But to my knowledge, the new GTX 560 is out of stock such that some other resellers gv an ETA of late July. That's y i asked again what is the situation in Mucro.
They replied:
This means it will be 2-3 weeks after the stock is available.
Anyone know the answer?
