feel like buying a desktop for gaming after my laptop spoil since my np8662 might not be able to support future games at high settings with smooth frame rate, for example the upcoming battlefield 3

but this laptop is just too tough, i used for 2 years, never turn it off longer than 6 hours, most of the time i on it for a month without turn off (except restart) and now it still perform great

many of my friends already upgraded their rig because their current rig spoiled, but mine shakehead.gif

that depends on which model you own. And then refer to spec in website for processor compatibility. smile.gif

i read through the manual found on sager website just now, the only quad core that supported is Q9000

i wonder if this is what i'm looking for, http://www.ebay.com/itm/Intel-Core-2-Quad-...7#ht_599wt_1392

but shipping from US is costly hmm.gif

so what you all think?

the manual is outdated, it didnt even write my graphic card there, the highest end written there is 9800m GT doh.gif

i wonder if my laptop can fit quad core processor better than Q9000 hmm.gif
