if this is happenes only when u are playing DOTA that can be an small issue with driver or the game itself, if it happenes to all of your games, that can be cuased by a bad driver bug or a faulty GPU ....

lol, then it is software issue, not driver or hardware. Or maybe dust inside your laptop.

The temp looks slightly high.
With the U3 fan, it seems it could do little to lower the temperature.
What is your room temperature? Do you have good air ventilation in your room?
It looks like you have pretty bad room temperature. The U3 fan will not help if it's blowing "hot" air into your notebook.
Do you overclock your GC? How many hours have you been running the games?

Room temperature is a main factor in determining temperature in notebooks.
Even though NP8130 has standalone HSF (better than normal notebook), but the HSF is still puny to cool off the heat.

No, it doesn't block the ventilation.
Refer to the picture again, the ram slots are located in the middle, at position "7".
And the ventilation holes are located on the far left & right.

My idea is to buy a fan controller those 5.25inch drive controller. Then i need a small PSU, for this i can buy a second hand one from a second hand shop or those shop that sell used PC. Or if u are reach, u can go for a new mini atx power supply. After that, u need an old used external drive for 5.25 cd-rom.

So first, u install the fan controller into that 5.25 cd-rom bay, then mod the back of the casing for the psu molex plug to go in. from there u can wire to 3 fan to fit the u3 since it is using 60mm fan.

For the PSU, i got another way is to get the notebook lookalike type for the external drive with the molex plug.

What is the before and after temperature?

I guess kahjye asked you why you don't just use the 12v adapter.

GTX460 to GTX560, it is not really an upgrade.
GTX460 to HD6970, it is an upgrade.

Check with Sager whether HD6970 is compatible with your notebook or not.
