I guess the warranty does not cover shipping back to customer from singapore. Am I right?

Take note that mucro/cubehub singapore doesn't offer taking out the ram to make the unit cheaper since it's fixed policy.

If you worry about warranty and less knowledge in maintaining the laptop hardwares, go for mucro/cubehub.

NP8130, N8150 have fixed one hard drive and one GPU, only NP8150 can change it's GPU to higher model (eg. GTX460m to GTX485m)

If need to add extra hard drive, you have to sacrifice your optical drive. Buy caddy case, put new hard drive on it and slot into the optical drive slot.


I order from RJTECH. com and it takes less than two weeks (process - 1 week, shipping to malaysia - less than 7 days), using USPS Express Mail International which will be handled by Poslaju once entering Malaysia.

You can use DHL or Poslaju EMS if want to send the laptop parts for RMA.

I have to correct you on that part.

You still can track the package in poslaju tracking website using USPS tracking number.

there are many types of USPS service. Ebay seller usually use standard USPS First-Mail International (insured or uninsured) without tracking number. Probably your seller 3 years ago use these type of USPS service

You can buy aftermarket ram, hard drive and external dvd drive at garage sales which is cheaper compared to the one that reseller offers.

I bought ram and hard drive locally which saves me almost USD 100

maybe gtx485m sli is much faster than hd6970m crossfire?
