Fact is simple , 200 deposit , end of the day if cant get at his quoted price of 2000-2099 and u feel the actual price is 2 expensive , u dont buy la . Make a agreement with TS if its higher than 2099 ,u would not like to purchase . You expect him to stick to 2099 regardless of the selling price then ? Based on his above replied , he agreed to absorb the loses if its higher than 2099 .... WHAT IF the selling price then is actually lower than 2099 or even lower than 2000 which he quoted , r u willing to fork out the extra and still pay at his price or get your deposit " burned " ? Grow up , think of others as well instead of yourself , the society is already full of selfish ppl , the last we need is another one
