latest info got from my lady boss,she said at least tmrw will arrive as she pushed it to higher level.

Our Rm400k+ for 200units stuck, that money we can be roll for another model, but we dedicate just for this model....haizzzzzzzz what a slow processing.


usually we will bank in after 7days,but in order to encounter stock,we have to did this way.

early morning today my boss said new stock will coming by today, the quantity still unsure as we ordered 200units.

some good news and bad news.

good news, today stock will arrive.
the next shipment would be tmrw or monday.

But till now, still not yet arrive for today i expect before 7pm.
Just called the transporter,he said today deliver to sooo many places.

But the available stock for today is 20units only

new shipment should be tmrw or monday.
i hope some little understanding here, im not picky, but will try to clear it ASAP.

No worry, all buyer in the list should get their phone before next tuesday. More to come tmrw.

for the warranty wise,dont bother on e-warranty, that is just for our(dealer incentive).

If u registered e-warranty,u cant adjust the Date of purchase as its been saved inside samsung's system, this is to avoid fraud case later in future.

So for warranty, just keep the receipt that i provide,and bring the receipt for warranty purpose.

I suggest dont go to any samsung's kiosk/shop, they might charge u service charge e.g rm30.

Direct go to samsung plaza service located at federal highway(after avon if heading kl) or at Plaza Berjaya opposite times square level 1.
