i'm a foreigner student and can pay up to 50% d/p, do u think i still need to get a guarantor? or can get without one? (since i'm paying high d/p )

You need to pay 100% or else you need a strong Malaysian guarantor.

is there anyway like i pay someone to become my guarantor ? coz all my malaysian friends are students :/
